Reservations

Our rates vary all year, so use the Check Availability link on the navigation bar. There is an additional charge for extra person occupancy in studios and 1-BRs when one of our daybeds is used. We offer discounts for extended stays (of one week or more) and for "last minute" bookings. In addition, we must collect city & state hotel taxes totaling 16.4 percent. An advance deposit is required at time of booking; this varies based on time of year, level of demand, and days in advance of arrival.   Additional cancellation charges may apply (see below).
We collect full payment at check-in. We accept cash, traveler’s checks and credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express).

Confirmation

Reservation in advance is required and is held with a credit card deposit. You may use the on-line booking engine linked through the Check Availability screen or contact us directly (see below). We will send a written confirmation ahead of your stay detailing arrival/departure dates and calculations of room charges.

Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation fee is $25.00. In addition, cancellation without at least one weeks advance notice will result in a charge of one night's rate, plus tax. (Sorry, no exceptions).  Room charges are not refundable after payment at check-in (no refunds for early check-outs).

Check-In/Check-Out

Check-in is by appointment. Please call or email us about a week ahead of your stay to confirm an approximate time of arrival.
Check-out is 11:00 A.M. We may be able to hold luggage until a later departure time, but please check with us in advance.
